CANADA:

Canadian orders are shipped via Expedited Parcel service unless otherwise specified at check out.  This is a complimentary service for Canadian orders over $100. For in-stock orders, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

Express Service (1-3 business days across Canada) and RUSH Service (1 business day across Canada) are additional available options for in stock merchandise and must be specified on your order at check-out.

All Canadian shipping service levels include  tracking numbers, ensuring worry-free ordering.

UNITED STATES:

U.S. orders are shipped Standard Parcel unless otherwise specified at check out. Standard shipping is free for orders over $100. For in-stock orders, please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.

Expedited Service (5-10 business days across the USA) and Express Service (2-6 business days across the USA) are available options for all in-stock merchandise and must be specified on your order at check-out.

All US shipping service levels include tracking numbers, ensuring worry-free ordering.

INTERNATIONAL:

International orders are shipped via STANDARD INTERNATIONAL - Air Service, unless otherwise specified at check out. Delivery times will vary according to location, but generally will take from 14-21 business days. EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL Service options (6-8 business days) are also available and must be specified at check-out.

PLEASE NOTE:  Standard International- Air Service DOES NOT include tracking information and we can not held repsonsible for lost parcels.

Returns Policy:

We encourage our customers to contact us if they are unsure about sizing or if they have any other questions. Because these items are intimate apparel, we can not take returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

All regular priced and promotional sale purchases are non-refundable.  However, exchanges and/or credits are acceptable for UNOPENED, UNWORN merchandise which has been assigned a Return Authorization code upon contacting us . Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note, we do not accept C.O.D. packages and are not responsible for lost parcels which are returned to us without tracking numbers. 

Discontinued items purchased from our "Previous Collections - 50% Off" section are FINAL SALE - no exchanges or refunds.
